VidEraser ("we", "us", "the App") provides AI-assisted video and photo retouch tools. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, and your choices.

By using the App or tapping Agree, you acknowledge this Policy.

2. Data We Collect

• Device data: model, OS/App version, locale; a persistent anonymous device ID (UUID) in Keychain for security and API signing.
• Account data (if you sign in): user ID, phone number, Apple Sign In identifier, WeChat OpenID (CN, if enabled), one-click login tokens (if used).
• User content: videos/photos and processing parameters you upload for erasure. Upload only content you own or may edit.
• Purchases: order IDs, Apple transaction IDs, product IDs for entitlement fulfillment. Payment cards are processed by Apple only.
• Push token (optional): APNs token for task notifications.
• Usage & logs: task status, quota usage, diagnostics.
• Feedback: text you submit and contact info if provided.

We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-app tracking.

3. How We Use Data

• Provide and improve erasure, records, quota, and membership features;
• Authentication, security, account deletion;
• Verify In-App Purchases and grant benefits;
• Send service notifications (with consent);
• Legal compliance and fraud prevention;
• Aggregated analytics that do not identify you.

4. Retention

Uploaded source media is deleted immediately after processing completes. Processing results (outputs) are retained for about 7 days so you can view, export, and re-erase them in Records, then deleted or anonymized—except where law requires longer retention (e.g., purchase records). Account data is deleted or anonymized after account cancellation, subject to legal retention.

5. Sharing

We share data only with: cloud/AI processors, SMS/one-click login providers, Apple (Sign in & IAP), WeChat (if you choose WeChat login), and authorities when legally required—all under contracts or legal basis. Service data is stored on servers located in mainland China. Cross-border transfers follow applicable law (GDPR SCCs, etc. where required).

6. iOS Permissions

• Photo Library: pick media; save exports (add-only when authorized);
• Notifications: optional task alerts;
• Network: required for upload and sync.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPL, APPI, etc.), you may access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a regulator. Contact us at szsoftwell2026@gmail.com. We do not sell personal information (CCPA).

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or higher age where required). We delete data collected from children without proper consent.

9. Security & Updates

We use HTTPS and reasonable safeguards. We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified in the App.
